Role & Position:
We are looking for a Campus Manager to oversee and manage all operations of our Verpal Chattha Facilitation Center, District Wazirabad, Punjab.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure that the campus functions smoothly and reflects the spirit, values, and vision of Rahe Falah Foundation.
You will be responsible for administration, coordination, staff supervision, community relations, and maintaining an inspiring learning environment for both children and team members.
📍 Location: Verpal Chattha, Tehsil Alipur Chattha, District Wazirabad, Punjab
🏡 Residence Facility: Provided only for candidates relocating from other areas
🕒 Job Type: Full-time (residential if from outside Verpal Chattha area)
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day campus operations and staff activities

Supervise all departments including academics, facilities, maintenance, and security

Handle accounts management, including expense tracking, and daily financial reporting to Head Office

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the Head Office

Implement and maintain RFF’s philosophy of “Natural Learning” and Islamic values

Ensure a positive, disciplined, and nurturing environment for children and staff

Coordinate with the head office for updates, planning, and reporting

Manage communication with parents, visitors, and community stakeholders

Plan and execute campus events, sessions, and parent engagement activities
-
Oversee maintenance and repairs of all equipment and facilities

Ensure the upkeep, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of the campus
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proven experience in educational administration or organizational management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to lead a team with empathy, motivation, and accountability
• Alignment with RFF’s vision of moral, intellectual, and social revival
• Organized, disciplined, and emotionally intelligent
• Willingness to relocate or reside near Verpal Chattha Campus (if not local).
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
• Background in education, administration, or management
• Experience in team leadership or community development
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
